Welcome to PALION CORE, including the PALION Nexus subscription tier, a product of LegionAir Applications (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our dashboard, local agents, API endpoints, and any optional hosted services made available through the platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement and, if you are registering on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful, authorised, and personal or business productivity purposes. You are responsible for your account, connected devices, local environment, and any action triggered by your instructions or approvals.
PALION may offer guest access, local sign-in, or OAuth-based access through providers such as Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or other supported identity providers. You authorise us to use the minimum required account information to authenticate you and operate the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access.
PALION Nexus is the premium membership tier offered on weekly, monthly, or yearly billing cycles. Subscription billing may be processed by PayPal or another approved payment partner.
PALION can summarise, draft, suggest, route, and in some cases execute approved actions. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and acting on any output. PALION is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Never rely on PALION output in situations where an error could cause harm.
Devices that support GPS, network-based positioning, or any other form of location detection are registered with location tracking enabled by default. This default powers proximity-based task surfacing, intelligent presence routing, and daily-guide personalisation.
PALION includes an optional Ambient Mode that, when activated with your explicit consent, allows passive environmental awareness — including listening for approved trigger phrases when microphone access is granted and capturing the active application context on connected devices. Ambient Mode is off by default and requires your explicit activation in Account Settings.
The PALION platform, including its software, interfaces, branding, visual design, models, and documentation, is proprietary to LegionAir Applications and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using PALION. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely as necessary to deliver the Service to you.
Authorised PALION administrators may access a limited support view of registered user accounts for the purpose of resolving account issues, verifying subscription status, and providing user assistance. This support view is strictly restricted to username, PALION nickname, account creation date, plan tier, and subscription status. Administrators cannot view passwords, password hashes, payment card details, payer email addresses, raw payment payloads, or personal content. All admin support access is logged for audit purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Features that depend on local agents, device presence, internet connectivity, or external AI providers may degrade or become unavailable without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEGALIONAIR APPLICATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, DEATH, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegionAir Applications and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, or if continued access threatens platform integrity. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel PALION Nexus before the next renewal cycle. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LegionAir Applications is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties may proceed to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against us.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide you with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and LegionAir Applications regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
